At Herbalis, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

HEALTH & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS
Because we sell ingestible health and wellness products, opened, used, or unsealed supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leylabari26@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Herbalis packages every order to the highest standard to ensure it arrives safely. However, damage that occurs during transit is outside of our control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at leylabari26@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier on your behalf and provide the best possible resolution, including a replacement or refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at leylabari26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used supplement products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
