Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-8 business days via Standard Shipping. Shipping is free on orders over $70.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leylabari26@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Products

Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA. Our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Are your products vegan/organic?
Many of our products are vegan, organic, and non-GMO. Check each product page for specific ingredient and certification details.

Should I consult a doctor before taking supplements?
Yes, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?
